- The CHCNAV NX612 universal set is an advanced, new generation automatic steering system that can be installed in agricultural machines that are not auto-guidance ready. Since it represents the leading position in the market in terms of price/value ratio, it offers great opportunities for its users when installed in new and used agricultural machines. By installing it, we can achieve a significant increase in productivity, in addition, we can save fuel, and also reduce fatigue and exhaustion, since the operator does not have to deal with keeping the track during daily work.
- CHCNAV display
- The new 30 cm color touch screen display has been specifically developed for use in agricultural environments with IP67 protection. In addition to the increased processor power, it has also been expanded with a new generation graphics processing unit and a neural processing unit, making it suitable for next-generation precision agricultural work.
- The display has a higher resolution and brightness, which also serves the purpose of comfortable use. Up to 4 cameras can be connected to it, which also allows for a 360-degree panoramic image to be displayed for a safe overview of the machine's surroundings.
- AgNav 5.0 software
- The AgNav 5.0 software on the display is the latest version of a perfectly designed control software, which supports multiple direction recording options in terms of its functions, including AB line, A+ direction of travel, contour, irregular arc. In addition, it controls the headland turn for us at the touch of a button. These functions almost completely cover the general steering-related agricultural operations used in the field. The new software allows for 2D and 3D visualization, as well as many other professional settings, including:

- - coverage map recording started/stopped by implement
- - expanded headland settings
- - online map management
- - cloud-based data storage and sharing
- ISOBUS
- The new AgNav 5.0 software allows the control of compatible implements on the CHCNAV display thanks to the ISOBUS protocol. This allows all the necessary functions for work to be controlled via one display. Using an ISOBUS implement, you can even create an application map.
- CHCNAV GPS receiver
- The CHCNAV PA-5 GPS receiver included in the set can receive signals from GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS as well as BDS and L-BAND satellites. With the help of these satellites, the system is able to maintain a signal accuracy of 20-30 cm. If more accurate signal reception is required, the RTK 4G correction signal service can be purchased as an option, as the GPS antenna has an integrated 4G modem. When using the RTK correction signal, the system can maintain an accuracy of up to 2,5 cm. Of course, if someone has their own UHF system, the device can also receive and process its signal.
- CHCNAV steering controller
- The new, ergonomic CHCNAV steering motor with a renewed shape is a brand-independent universal control motor that can control the agricultural machine via the steering column. Several steering motor parameters can be adjusted via the display, including the possibility of changing the intensity and steering force, as required by the user and the working environment.
- An integrated steering wheel rotation attachment point and an ergonomic steering wheel knob designed for the steering wheel make handling even more comfortable if manual steering is required. The size of the steering motor has been significantly reduced, allowing even more freedom of movement for the driver. We can provide steering adapters for the following agricultural machines: John Deere, Claas, Fendt, New Holland, Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Massey Ferguson, JCB, Challenger, Landini, Valtra, Steyer, McCormick, Kubota, Zetor, MTZ, Arbos, Same.
