At 755 hours, performed 500 hour service
At 880 hours, installed NEW steering control sensor
At 1,147 hours, calibrated implement valve
At 1,937 hours, performed 2,000 hour service
At 2,231 hours, performed service
At 2,858 hours, performed service
At 3,113 hours, performed service

Marcel Equipment completed the following inspections;
Upon arrival, machine was fully stripped for power washing
Full visual & operational inspections were completed
Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec
Performance checks were completed
Oils were checked for contaminates
Magnets & suction screens were checked for contaminates
All filters were cut open & inspected for contaminates
Machine was serviced as required
Engine & transmission were changed
Marcel Equipment then completed the following repairs;
Installed NEW pilot accumulator
Installed NEW c-frame bearings
Installed NEW lift cylinder pins & bearings
Installed NEW rear wiper motor
Installed NEW angle cylinder pins & bearings
Installed all NEW hydraulic lines for blade cylinders
Line bored blade bores as required
Resealed starter
Installed all NEW lines from implement valve
Installed NEW powertrain lines as required
Serviced batteries & connections
Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system
Completed all required cab repairs
Completed all required cosmetic repairs
Machine is now scheduled to be sandblasted & painted.
