Marcel Equipment completed the following inspections;
Upon arrival, machine was fully stripped for power washing
Full visual & operational inspections were completed
Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec
Performance checks were completed
Oils were checked for contaminates
Magnets & suction screens were checked for contaminates
All filters were cut open & inspected for contaminates
Machine was serviced as required
Engine, transmission & hydraulic oils were changed
Final drive oils were change
Marcel Equipment then completed the following repairs;
Installed all NEW CAT undercarriage
Resealed both blade lift cylinders & installed NEW pins & bearings
Final drives were disassembled, inspected & resealed
Resealed both angle cylinders & installed NEW pins & bearings
Resealed angle cylinder & installed NEW pins & bearings
Line bored blade bores as required
REBUILT equalizer bar & installed NEW pins & bushings
Line bored track frame bores
Installed NEW batteries
Serviced battery connections
Installed NEW rear wiper motor
Installed NEW fan blades & resealed hub
Installed NEW engine belt & tensioner
Installed NEW cab heater hoses
Removed hardnose & installed NEW pins & bushings
Installed NEW pivot shaft bearings & resealed
Installed all NEW hydraulic lines for blade cylinders
Installed all NEW powertrain lines
Installed NEW cab fan blower motor
Serviced & cleaned complete HVAC system
Installed NEW a/c accumulator, dryer & compressor
Completed all required cab repairs
Completed all required cosmetic repairs
Machine is now scheduled to be sandblasted & painted.
