The following are repairs completed by the CAT Dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning the machine;
At 2,312 hours, installed NEW starter
At 3,755 hours, installed NEW ARD fuel pump
At 4,328 hours, installed NEW NOX sensors
At 4,655 hours, the following u/c work was completed;
Rebearing & reseal front roller frames
NEW track chains
NEW sprocket segments
NEW idlers
NEW carrier rollers
NEW bottom rollers
Resealed pivot shafts
Resealed track adjusters
Rebearing & reseal equalizer bar w/ NEW pins
At 4,744 hours, completed 5,000 hour emission service;
NEW DPF
NEW DEF manifold
NEW DEF injector
NEW DEF filter
NEW spark plug
At 4,756 hours, installed NEW main power relay
At 5,395 hours, installed NEW monitor & updated software
At 7,044 hours, installed NEW alternator
At 7,750 hours, REBUILT transmission
At 7,750 hours, REBUILT torque converter
At 7,750 hours, installed NEW transmission cooler
At 7,750 hours, installed NEW fuse box wiring harness

The following was completed by Marcel Equipment;
Upon arrival to our yard, machine was stripped for power washing
Machine was inspected visually & operationally
Engine oil filter was cut open - clean
Transmission filter was cut open - clean
Hydraulic filter was cut open - clean
Magnets & suction screens checked - clean
Final drive oils were checked - levels good & oil clean
Engine, transmission, hydraulic & final drive oils changed
The following pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec;
Engine high/low RPM
Engine oil pressure - high/low
Fuel pressure - high/low
Engine boost
Transmission pump pressure - high/low
Transmission lube pressure - high/low
Torque converter inlet & outlet
Pilot pressure
Main relief pressure
Brake pressure
Fan speed - max/min
The following repairs were completed by Marcel Equipment;
Resealed tilt cylinder & installed NEW pins & bushings
Resealed both blade lift cylinders
Installed NEW blade yoke mounting bushings
Resealed start motor
REBUILT & resealed transmission pump
REBUILT equalizer bar w/ new pins & bushings
Line bored equalizer bar machine center bores
Installed NEW pins & bushings in hardnose assembly
RESEALED left & right final drives
RESEALED engine oil pan
Sent out rad for cleaning & testing
Installed NEW track pads on chains
Installed NEW DEF manifold
Installed NEW a/c compressor lines & dryer
Installed NEW DEF heater lines from pump to tank
Installed NEW DEF return line from pump to tank
Replaced required hoses/lines throughout machine
Installed NEW armrests
Installed NEW engine belt
Replaced required trim pieces in cab
Installed NEW seat belt
Repaired all lights as required
Installed NEW washer pumps
Installed NEW hydraulic lock-out switch
Installed NEW heater core valves & actuator
Resealed auxiliary drive cover
Replaced required coolant lines
Repaired EGR valve & replaced sensors
Inspected & serviced electrical breaker box
Tested batteries & serviced connections
Completed required cab repairs
Completed misc repairs on machine
Completed required cosmetic & welding repairs
Completed required welding repairs on blade
Greased machine
Machine was sand blasted, primed & painted
Machine is ready to go to work.
