The GAYK HRE 3000 piling rig is a fully autonomous self-propelled rig on a tracked chassis, which is designed to drive road fence profiles. The HRE 3000 model is equipped with a more powerful HATZ 3L41C diesel engine than the HRE 1000 model, and is equipped with a 3.7 kW hydraulic power station designed to connect a power tool. The height of the profiles being driven in the basic configuration is 3 meters, it can be increased to 6 meters (additional option). The rig is capable of working on various types of soil and with profiles of different configurations, including pipes and pillars. Depending on the type of profile used, the piling rig is equipped with a corresponding nozzle. Control is carried out by means of hydraulic distributors located on the control panel, the rig independently monitors the height of the profile being driven and automatically stops driving at the specified height. The mast of the installation can be aligned vertically relative to the ground both in manual mode - when the machine operator does it, and automatically (the machine independently tracks the vertical), which significantly increases the productivity of the work. All machines are equipped with a special guide to control the distance between the profile being driven, which also speeds up the work process. For work at night, the mast is equipped with overhead lighting. When passing through difficult rocky formations or reinforced concrete, it is possible to install drilling equipment, the connection takes no more than 20 minutes. The machine is controlled by one operator and an assistant who feeds the driven posts and pipes during the work. Also, all machines are equipped with impact extractors for extracting driven posts, the extractor is made in a special reinforced version and is designed not only to correct a driven post, but also to extract a large volume of old posts, pipes, profiles. The piling rig can be transported in the back of a truck, loading into the back is carried out using special aluminum ramps, the installation is also equipped with fasteners for loading with a crane, a manipulator.Mostrar más
