Sany SY 35U

The mainstream model of the SANY 35 excavator is the SY35U, a 3-4 ton mini excavator manufactured by SANY Heavy Machinery. With its compact design and high efficiency, it is suitable for working in confined spaces and has won the "China Red Star Design Award" and the "Golden Pin Design Award." It is equipped with a Kubota D1703 or Yanmar 3TNV88F engine, meeting China IV/Euro V emission standards, and is fuel-efficient and durable, adaptable to the environmental requirements of different regions. It features a gear-shifting system that precisely matches the power of commonly used gears, achieving an optimal balance between efficiency and fuel consumption. It adopts a SANY-customized pump and valve system, with upgraded main valve and auxiliary electronic control, making operation more convenient, reducing pressure loss, and ensuring smooth complex movements. It features a zero-tail swing design, with a tail swing radius of only 860mm. Even with the cab door open, the swing radius remains within the specified range, allowing for flexible operation in confined spaces such as urban redevelopment and landscaping construction. Optional rubber tracks and a 1.65m long boom are available, suitable for municipal paved roads and large-scale operations. Standard configuration includes bidirectional auxiliary piping, allowing for the attachment of tools such as breakers and log grapples, enabling multi-condition operations including digging, grabbing, drilling, and breaking. The auxiliary piping is equipped with ball valves to cut off the oil line when changing attachments, preventing contamination. Routine maintenance can be performed on the ground; easily worn parts such as air filters and fuel filters are readily accessible, and the slewing bearing grease filler port is centrally located for high maintenance efficiency.
