In the mid 1970’s David Schanz moved his family from Allegan, Michigan to the Sunshine State. In search of warmer weather for his sick wife, he transplanted his business of selling farm and construction equipment to 30 acres in Seffner, Florida. About 15 years later, David’s son in law, Alan Moyer left his meat cutting job with Publix to start his new career as a used equipment dealer with David. As the years went by they expanded their small working space, making room for more equipment, and increased the volume of equipment that they bought and sold. By 2010, Alan’s daughter Stephanie, who had completed a degree in Business at Pensacola Christian College, joined the family business. Together this multi-generational family business strives to glorify Jesus as they buy and sell used construction and farm equipment.
