Washing Screen, Three deck screener, Finlay 390, Year 2003. Finlay 390 is feeding into Finlay 3 Deck Washing Screen box, static conveyor taking product away from top deck of Finlay 3 deck screen. Finlay Dewaterer removing clays, silts and slimes from slurry coming from the washing screen. We are selling this as full package which includes Finlay 390, Finlay 3 deck Washing Screenbox, 1 x Static Conveyor and Finlay Dewaterer. Information below on all items. All driven by electric motors which in turn drive hydraulic motors, fitted 6-7 years ago.
Finlay 390 fully mobile Screen on twin axle wheeled Chassis. This Finlay 390 is feeding direct into Finlay 3 deck static washing screenbox. This Finlay 390 has a large hopper/feeder with standard grid fitted (extension fitted to feed hopper), good feed belt feeding onto main belt and the main conveyor belt also in good condition. Machine running good and is very straight, tidy machine with everything working. Wheeled screener for sale. Came straight from work, in good condition and ready to go back into work. Finlay 3 deck static washing screener, Finlay 12ft x 5ft Three Deck Washing Screen, Three Deck Rinser screenbox with catch box installed feeding into the dewaterer. This screener 12ft x 5ft (3.65m x 1.52m) 3 deck washing screen is fed by Finlay 390, it currently is fitted with 13mm mesh on top deck, 8mm mesh on middle deck and 4mm mesh on bottom deck. Mesh complete and is interchangeable to your required size at additional cost. Ideal for screening Stones, Chippings, Pebbles, Sand, Aggregates etc. Finlay washing screen built on frame with ladder, walkway/walkaround frame and comes with spray/washing bars. Walk way allows for easy access, servicing etc. Comes with static conveyor which takes material off the top deck and chutes to take material off other decks. This Dewaterer comes as per images nothing more and nothing less. 2 x bucket wheels and screw. The 2 Bucket wheels can produce 2 grades of sand, Used Finlay Dewaterer. Sand washing wheel, Sand Wheel. Wheel for washing sand.
The pump or blue piping do not come with this package only the steel pipe on screener that meets the blue pipe. All can be seen running/working in quarry and can be inspected at any time.
