HD-YY welders are characterized by a simple, lightweight design, they are very easy to use and most importantly, reliable.
The version with a weld recorder has completely replaced electrical components:
- brands such as ABB and Schneider were used.
- the temperature controller was replaced with a clearer and modernized one
- the sockets and cables for the heating plate and milling machine were replaced
- a number of sensors monitoring both the welding process and the condition of the welder were installed.
Compared to competitive offers, our welders are additionally equipped with the following elements:
WELD RECORDER A device that guides us step by step through the process of performing a correct weld, and records all required parameters. After performing a weld correctly, we are able to print a report from a given weld on the construction site, containing the necessary data. The USB port allows you to download the recorded welds to a pendrive, thanks to which we are able to print or have a preview of the reports in the office.

PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR This is a very important element responsible for the correct execution of pipe connections. Pressure accumulator prevents pressure drops and ensures full control of welding parameters
TRANSPORT WHEELS We have additionally equipped the welders with accessory transport wheels, which after their installation make it easier to move the sled
TIMER The welder is equipped with a portable timer, measuring the welding time and cooling time
WELD RECORDER
The set includes:
- sled with the possibility of mounting transport wheels, equipped with two hydraulic cylinders, 2 fixed clamps, 2 adjustable depending on the preferred positioning in relation to the pipe
- wheels and handle
- heating plate (top class Teflon coating)
- hydraulic stations are equipped with a pressure accumulator with a permanently placed table of welding parameters
- milling machine
- welder equipped with a set of reduction rings enabling welding of pipes with diameters: fi315 fi280 fi250 fi225 fi200 fi180 fi160 fi140 fi120 fi110 fi90
